  • Probably more in keeping with current ROS conventions to have the map be a latched message on a topic?

    Added a latched advertisement on the map topic. The service is left in, because it's also convenient, and there's a lot of existing code that uses it. The documentation is updated, with a note that the service may eventually be phased out.
