Proposed new features

• Model the interface of nodes in an IDL.

  • (Stéphane) Is it really desirable? This would generate more work for the programmers and is probably not expressive enough to model optional interfaces, like in nodes that behave differently depending on command-line arguments.

• Tools to generate IDL from node and generate interface for node based on IDL
• Consider tools which enable advanced features (i.e. checking completeness, visual programming of e.g. launch files, ...).
