    • update simulation kinect topic names.
    • update gazebo plugin p3d offset to (0,0) (originally 25.7,25.7). The parameter should be set when calling fake_localization via parameters.

    • reduce simulation head pan damping as real robot is much faster.
    • added gripper and projector blocks (simulator_gazebo 1.6.8) and (pr2_simulator 1.8.2).
