Package proposal

The proposed wiimote package is a self-contained ROS node. The node captures a Wiimote device's sensor readings from a Bluetooth stream. These readings are broadcast on three ROS topics. The node also allows clients to control the Wiimote device's four LEDs, and its Rumble (vibration) feature. See http://www.ros.org/wiki/wiimote for documentation.
