i-Cart mini is a mobile platform for research built by T-frog Project. (Future Robotics Groundworks from Tsukuba)

This robot is fully supported as the ROS drivers packages, and one sensor or more of a certain kind can be added to the UGV on your own like this. https://github.com/open-rdc/orne_navigation
