Package proposal

This will provide a way to download, install, and manage versioned stacks of ROS.

Primary functions are:

• list
  • active: installed stacks in this profile
  • all: list all installed stacks
• find
  • get the installed location of a stack
• depend(s)(s1)(s-on)(s-on1)
  • dependency tracking like rospack
• contents
  • list of packages in the stack
• install
  • download and install the stack
• update
  • import list of stacks from sources.list
• upgrade
  • update all svn checkouts
• setup
  • create a bashrc to source and setup the current profile
• publish
  • a helper function to generate the correct file for upload
