Overview
This was previously done via rqt_plot, however kobuki now has a plugin of its own, kobuki_qtestsuite provides a graphical interface that will assist in generating a battery profile plot. You can also test and plot the gyro drift, amongst other things.
Instructions
$ sudo apt-get install ros-$ROS_DISTRO-kobuki-qtestsuite $ . /opt/ros/$ROS_DISTRO/setup.bash $ kobuki_qtestsuite
